Early this year ILCA appointed Agustín Argüelles to a new position of Global Communications Manager. Agustin’s role will be to oversee class media, strengthen member communication, and coordinate the promotional activities of the class. This has assisted with the ILCA World Council’s increased focus on publicity and promotion.
